Mr. Fahad Al-Refae studied at the University of Denver, USA, and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics department, and Bachelor of Finance.
Mr. Al-Refae has more than 20 years of experience in the field of brokerage, business development and investment banking. He joined Oula Wasata in 2008 as a Chairman and Managing Director, after that he held the position of Chairman & CEO. Then he served as CEO from 2014. In September 2019, he became a board member of Oula Wasata, and is currently Vice Chairman & CEO. 
Prior to joining Oula Wasata he worked for Global Investment House (Global) where he joined in 2003. He started as a financial analyst in the business development department and stayed there for three years. He then moved to banking and investment sector where he served for five years. Mr. Fahad Al-Refae was also Vice Chairman of Dubai First Real Estate Development Company and a former Board Member of Qatar First Real Estate Development Company.
Previously, he held positions with Morgan Stanley as well as the Kuwait Investment Authority.

Mr. Samer Said obtained his BA in Business Administration from Amman Private University and his MBA degree in Marketing from Coventry University, London, UK.
Mr. Said has over than 15 years of experience in equity markets and brokerage along with marketing. He joined the Brokerage Department at Global Jordan in November 2010 as Brokerage Manager, then in 2013 he was promoted to Senior Manager, where he was responsible of developing the brokerage products. In 2017 he got promoted to CEO of Global Jordan. in Dec 2018 Mr. Said joined Oula Wasata as Senior Head of Trading Department, then in Mar 2019 he became Deputy CEO.
Previously he has worked in ABC Investments from 2006 for 5 years, he was responsible of all Marketing activities and handling all VIP clients’ accounts, Marketing and research activities. Thereafter, in 2008 he worked as Senior Broker in Local market.
During his career, he served as Board Member in local companies located in Amman. He served as Vice chairman of Almanara Insurance Company, Also, he served as board member in Amman Stock Exchange,
Mr. Said is a certified dealer in ASE and IPO and investment Manager since 2006.

Mr. Walweel has more than 15 years of experience in banking and Financial Brokerage in addition of being a Certified Islamic Banker.
He is the Head of Trading in which he manages different client’s base categories including Retail, HNWI, Financial Institutions and Funds trading. In addition, he is the Vice Chairman of Global Investment House- Jordan, Chairman of Credit Committee and Board Member in Audit Committee of the company beside being a Board Member in Lotus Financial Investment Company- Palestine since 2016.
He joined Global Investment House- Kuwait in 2015 as a Senior Manager- Brokerage and earlier, he was the Head of Financial Brokerage and Online Trading at Ahli United Bank and Project Coordinator at Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment Company- KMEFIC.
Mr. Walweel holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and a Certified Islamic Banker- CIBAFI and Certified Stock and Options Trader.

Mr. Deeb studied at Ain Shams University in Egypt, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration.
Mr. Deeb has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of brokerage, securities, stock, sukuk, bonds and other derivatives in Kuwait Stock Exchange Market, Also, he is experienced in managing operations related to the core activities of brokerage firm, and after trading processes, opening clients’ accounts, ensure the clearing and settlement processes, as well as he has the courtesy that contributed to build a strong working relationships with the clients, Boursa Kuwait, Kuwait Clearing Company, and continuous interaction with them.
Mr. Deeb joined Oula Wasata in 1999. Over these years he held various supervisory positions.
He started his work with Oula Wasata in the position of Clients’ Accounts Section Manager, he got promoted to Branch Manager after his concretely efforts to increase the Company's portfolio by gaining new clients. In 2016 he was assigned as Compliance Officer for a year. Currently he is holding the position of Head of Clients’ Accounts Department since 2017.
Prior to joining Oula Wasata he started his career at Kuwait International Investment Company (KIIC) where he joined in 1996 as Customer Service Manager and served with them for 3 years.

Mr. Milhan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, he is also associate member of the Institute of Charted Accountant and Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri-Lanka.
Mr. Milhan has 12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, consulting, financial advisory. He worked for several reputed firms as Finance Executive and Auditor. He has expert knowledge on International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Auditing Standards.
Mr. Milhan joined Oula Wasata in December 2015 and holds the of position of Head of Support Services Department. He is responsible for Finance, Accounting and HR.
Prior to joining Oula Wasata he started his career in 2006 as Semi-Senior Auditor in Kreston MNS & Company. Later he joined Ernst & Young Sri-Lanka as a Qualified Accountant. He worked as Senior Finance Executive in WNS Global Services Sri-Lanka for one year. In 2010 he joined Grant Thornton – Kuwait and occupied several positions till he got promoted to Audit Supervisor in Jul 2015.

Mrs. Abbany is a Master’s Degree holder in Finance from Université Saint Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ), Beirut.
She is Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) along with Certification in Compliance & AML from ICA with Alliance Manchester Business School.
She is a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in various roles in finance, accounting and compliance which includes being licensed by Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to undertake Compliance Officer, MLRO and Senior Management position and Kuwait Capital Markets Authority (CMA) for Compliance Officer.
Mrs. Abbany joined First Securities Brokerage Company in 2017.
Prior to that, she held a position as Head of Finance and Compliance at Tullett Prebon, one of the world's leading interdealer brokers and took part of their office set up in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in 2013. She also worked as Finance Director at Newedge Group, the brokerage arm of the French Banks Société Générale and Credit Agricole, (later bought fully by Société Générale), at their office in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Mr. Awada has bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from American University of London.
He has more than six years experience in Brokerage field out of 10 years of total experience in IT Operations.
Mr. Awada has joint Oula Wasata in October 2019 and holds Head of IT Department position. He is responsible to lead the company's technological system, identify future needs and keep the company at an advanced technological level to meet and keep abreast of developments in the financial business, as well as monitor the company's servers, networks and computer systems to ensure that they are constantly working effectively, also he is responsible to develop IT policies and procedures to ensure that department is working according to the targeted strategy.
He started his career as Systems Administrator in Elaj Medical Center from 2004 to 2006.
Later, in 2006 he joined Alghanim Industries where he worked as an Assistant Manager till 2013.
Prior to joining Oula Wasata he worked as IT Manager in Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage from 2013 till 2019.
